• The main change will be organisational -development of subcontracting and company partnership.

• Product development will be much more customized

• Lots of personnel training is needed in different business areas, especially in marketing and team-working.

• The companies wish to be more involved from the beginning in planning new projects.

• A transnational project should be more company based.

• For profitable costs schools and enterprises could arrange courses together to keep up and update learned skills.

• Continuous active information, exchange and contact between schools and companies.
